Skipping Stones sketch card

I have some great news! I am guest designing for Skipping Stones Designs this month!
Their stamps combine gorgeous images with sweet and sometimes funny sayings and they are all made out of this wonderful crystal clear material that is just fabulous to work with!

For my first project I used sketch #131 and the Healing Wings set. Now, I normally do not like making sympathy cards and thought I would never buy another sympathy stamp since I have one that works just fine. I couldn't resist the gorgeous butterflies in this set though. I thought I would just use them and pass on the sentiments, but this poem was too sweet to pass up.

For the butterfly, I stamped it with Clearsnap top boss embossing ink and clear embossed it. After that I colored in the sections with various shades of smooch ink. The sentiment I stamped in Stephanie Barnard dye ink in cornflower. The papers and die cut rolled flowers are from My Little Shoebox. The ribbons are webster's pages and doodlebug.
