Embossed napkin ring set

Here is a project that I created using some plain ceramic napkin rings that I got on the clearance rack for about $1. 

Clearsnap Supplies:

• White Embossing Powder
• Stephanie Barnard Dye ink in Cherry
• Sparkles glitter flakes
