celebrate card

this card uses ki star paper, bazzill dots cardstock, websters pages sweet as cherry pie papers, misc white ribbon and unknown bling. It is for the Caardvarks Card Challenge blog sketch challenge and for the 2 red bananas patriotic challenge.
