this week's nook U layouts (from my weekend crop)

This first one is for the 'biology' class, where we were challenged to paper piece a living thing. I made the fish. the scales are a bunch of layered strips of scallop punched paper. I just realized that the other journaling spot is missing though, there were two small squares, so the title doesnt really make sense because that part only mentions the one lagoon. MME here for pretty much everything.

this next one was for 'shop' class where we had to use a tool in an unconventional way. I used scissors and a rub-on applicator to make transparencies.

almost everything here is fancy pants, letters are fancy pants and thickers, small frame is pink paislee, flowers are bo bunny.

This one was for the home economics class, where the challenge was to use fabric and or ribbon, and add sewing.

mostly october afternoon here, the journaling spot is MME, the brads are MME, and the transparency is Hambly, the letters are AC.

this one was for the history class, to do a vintage style using at least 7 of the 12 listed vintage elements. I used distressing, brown ink, crumpling, tags, soft colors, lace, doilies and sewing.

almost everything here is graphic 45. the doily is vintage that I misted to make it match, the flowers are handmade from ribbon.

this is for the math class, we had to use a sketch and 8 photos, 2 cs, 4 pp, 15 embellies, 3 techniques, a title and journaling. almost everything here is graphic 45, ac thickers
